Having practiced Yoga for over 20 years, it has become a part of my daily life, on and off the mat.

In 2019 I decided I was ready to deepen my own practice and took a teacher training in Vinyasa/Ashtanga at Sampoorna, in India.I then followed this up in 2023 with other trainings in Yin and Yoga Nidra facilitation.
​
Although I love the more active practices of Vinyasa and Ashtanga, in my teaching style, I endeavour to bring the slower, calmer practices to others with Yin and Yoga Nidra. The world is fast-paced and, let's face it, completely mad, so a Yoga practice which helps to ground, calm, soothe and initiate deep healing rest is a wonderful counter-balance.
