Yoga Nidra for the season of Beltane: Pause & Reset

Welcome home to yourself and welcome to this simple practice of deep rest. This Yoga Nidra recording aims to help you to pause and reset, leaving you feeling grounded, yet expansive and light. This season in the Celtic tradition is known as Beltane, and is a perfect opportunity for us to re-visit intentions set at the beginning of the year, take stock of where we are, and find renewed energy to see through new projects, start new adventures and take more time to be out in nature. There is a place to set intentions at the beginning and end of the practice. It is worth taking a bit of time to think about what your intentions are before you come to the practice - what would you like to manifest in your life? How would you like to feel? maybe a wish for something physical, maybe a desire to feel a certain way, or a wish for more peace within the world. It is also fine to come to the practice with no intention at all but to just stop completely, slow down and pause.
